Does someone need to be home to sign for my wine delivery?
Yes, federal law requires that someone 21 years of age or older must be present to sign for any alcohol shipment. We recommend shipping to a business address if you are not home during the day.
How long does it take to process my order?
Because our bottles are handcrafted and etched by artisans, please allow 7-10 business days for production before your order is shipped.
Which states do you ship to?
We currently ship to most states within the U.S., excluding Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Hawaii, Mississippi, South Dakota, and Utah due to state-specific alcohol regulations.
Can I return or exchange my wine?
Due to the nature of our products and state regulations, we cannot accept returns of alcohol. If your bottle arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please contact our support team within 48 hours.
Is the wine inside the etched bottles drinkable?
Absolutely. We partner with premium vineyards to ensure that the quality of the wine inside the bottle is just as impressive as the custom etching on the outside.
